Thierry is a Gestalt therapist from France, based in Croatia. In the early 2000s, he came across 5Rhythms which enabled him to finally integrate body work into his practice. In 2010 he completed his training with Gabrielle Roth and has been teaching since back then. He is also committed to working with men's groups, through ManKind Project. Thierry is teaching with great enthusiasm and communicating his passion in a creative, easygoing and humorous way.

Alessia is a passionate heart, a woman, and a seeker. She is fire and water, wind and earth. She is chaos and flowing, a lyrical, traveling soul. Co-creating with life the dynamic balance between taking new adventures, welcoming change, and feeling at ease. She is a Certified Dharma Coach and Psychosomatic Counselor for women. She integrates movement as well as a deep research of the inner truth through de-conditioning work. Inclusion, depth, mystery, and humor are the flavors of her offerings.​

Tim came to the 5rhythms practice in 2012, and after years of traveling, uprooting, and searching for himself, the rhythms became his true source of both, stability and excitement. A structure to be unstructured. He believes that our bodies hold deep wisdom, and when we embrace them as such, we have the power to transform and transcend.

Arthur has always been deeply fascinated by the body and movement. His journey with the 5Rhythms began in 2014, opening up a world of exploration, learning, and self-discovery. Through this practice, he connects with himself, the world around him, and the great mystery of life. It allows him to connect with himself, the world around him and the great mystery. 

Since 2019, Arthur has been sharing this transformative practice as a teacher with an open mind and heart, witnessing the unfolding beauty that emerges on the dance floor.

Martina has 18 years of experience teaching art, theater work and intuitive singing. For eleven years, she has been regularly leading 5Rhythms weekly classes in Ljubljana and facilitating multi-day workshops in Slovenia and abroad. She teaches with passion, combining knowledge and inspiration. In 2022, she became a certified teacher of the Heartbeat level and remains a dedicated student of the 5Rhythms practice.

Wolfgang has been dancing since his youth, from 80s discos to Taiji, which taught him grounding and coordination. In 2003, one 5Rhythms Wave with live music changed everything — he knew he had found his path.

The practice revealed emotional patterns, transforming both his movement and his life. In 2013, he joined the Teachers Training and began sharing this work.

For Wolfgang, the weekly Waves in Vienna are a sanctuary — a space to reconnect and let go. The 5Rhythms offer freedom with just enough structure to guide us back to ourselves.
